We do understand that you have a fabulous life behind the screen and we do understand that you won’t be here forever but at least we would like all of you to inform the staff when you are leaving even for a period of time or forever .It’s very important for us to know who is active ,who is away etc.

In order to announce your absence from Hogwarts Magic Realm please create a new thread with the name of [Absence]-Your Name and at the description please write until when you are away(Example: 02.04.2011-02.05.2011 or Forever etc).In the same time we will allow other users to reply to your post so they can say goodbye to you.After your thread is posted one of our staff members will take a look at it and will declare your account inactive until you are back.
Once you are returning on the forum please first get back in your thread and announce that you are officially back so we can close the topic.
